REVIEWS
The event did not occur I went the Capitol Hill library no one was there. What did I do wrong? As far as I know it was scheduled March 8th 10 to 12 at that library. What going on ? I want my money back. I?m so disappointed. Peace and justice. Bernie.

It was awesome. Very casual and open with the environment being a great inspiration. Really helped stay grounded to narration vs the flash of the boards and its accuracy. Would do again

Veleree is delightful and a very positive instructor while giving very helpful advice on the project you are working on. Even though I am a senior, I have not had drawing experience and I did not feel intimidated at all. I was pleased with my drawing.

My processMatt LaCross is a Seattle-based artist whose work is deeply rooted in a surrender to the emotional power of music and the discipline of intuitive creation. Inspired by Picasso?s one-line drawings, Matt has developed a unique process in which each piece begins with a single, raw line of archival ink on paper?an unaltered expression that is driven by the music?s emotional pulse. The music he listens to is felt deeply, often painfully, with the rhythm and voice of the artist guiding h

Title or Location: Crocus - ?Renewal?
This is graphite pencil on birch wood, 18 x 24 inches. The subject is Crocus, the purple flowers that surprise you, popping up in the cold at the end of winter. I love nature symbolism and the Crocus represents renewal, hope, and fresh beginnings. - As a small child my mom asked us each which flower we wanted to plant, and this is the one I chose because it bloomed in the snow.

Title or Location: Quiet Grace
I met her on a busy February afternoon at Busch Gardens in Tampa ? a day full of noise, rides, crowds, and motion. In the middle of it all, she felt like a quiet island of grace.Back home, I kept returning to that photo. There was something in the way she held herself ? strength wrapped in calm, maybe even acceptance.I wanted to hold on to that moment.
